The main equipment is of high safety. The phase of the un-liquefied waste gas produced during the process is alkyl from C1 to C4 which is dangerous when burning directly. In our process, it is transferred first through a water close device and a safety device burning air muzzle. Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production.

Below is the output percentage and use of the end products.

  1. FUEL OIL (40 to 45%)

The main product produced by our recycling application is the fuel oil that is wide used for industrial and commercial purposes. The oil content has 40%-45% of the amount of recycled scrap tyres, which will be carried with licensed tanker trucks.

  1. CARBON BLACK (30% to 35%)

Carbon Black is the main product recycled by pyrolysis technology. The amount of recycled carbon black is 30% 35 % (depending on the type of tyre) of the total amount of scrap tires recycled in the system. Carbon black is used as raw materials or main ingredient in many industries and the chemical structure of carbon black strengthens, lengthens the endurance, and improves the coloring features of the materials.
Carbon black produced by pyrolysis application (CBp) is more economical compared to carbon black produced primarily from petroleum and is more price- efficient to be used as an ingredient in the industrial listed.

  1. STEEL WIRE (10 to 15%)

Tyres contain steel wires and the amount ranges from 10%-15% of the total tyre weight. All of the steel present in the tyre can be detached after the pyrolysis recycling process is completed. Valuable steel wires are processed and sold to steel and scrap dealers.

  1. GAS (10 to 12%)
  • Non Condensable gases arise during the recycling application which:
  • Has a higher calorific value compared to natural gas.
  • Can replace natural gas and propane when stored
  • Can be used as energy resource in gas burners, also used in pyrolysis system
  • The amount of gas generated in the system is 12to 15% of the total amount of recycled tires and considering the 10 ton scrap tire/day recycling capacity, the facility generates 1400-1500 m3/day gas which has an enormous energy potential when evaluated.

Brief Technical Presentation

  1. Cut the waste tires into strip with width 20-30cm or crush the tires into powder or you can feed the whole tire into reactor directly.
  2. Feed the furnace with the tire pieces or tire powder or whole tires (Plastic)
  3. After the tires are loaded, burn the hearth and start to heat the furnace, then start the power.
  4. When the temperature reaches 180 o C, the oil gas begins to generate, it passes the interface channel and then goes into the atmolysis tower.
  5. The heavy and light oil gas are separated in the atmolysis tower, the heavy one precipitate in the bottom, and the light one keeps on moving and going through the catalyst in the headpiece. (The quality of the oil catalyzed by the catalyst is better than the one never been catalyzed.)
  6. The oil gas catalyzed continues to pass through the pipeline, and is turned into liquid fuel oil after the cooling of two condensers.
  7. The fuel oil flows into the oil-gas separator, and precipitate in the bottom. Till the whole process is finished, we collect the oil by the oil-out valve.
  8. HC gas generates while the system generates the oil gas, when the fuel oil remains in the bottom of the separation, it goes on passing the pipeline, and goes into the gasholder finally.
  9. One part of the HC gas is leaded on to the hearth and burnt as fuel there; while the other part is burnt in the burner.
  10. In addition, the smoke dust produced by burning the fuel goes into the smoke dust processing system for purification treatment. The whole system output into the air is only the water steam, so it can not affect environment.
